Job Summary

Lead the design and documentation of end-to-end supply chain business processes, including defining workflows and KPIs. Collaborate closely with business owners to gather requirements, drive process improvements, and standardize procedures. Oversee functional aspects of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment across business functions. Support Agile/Scrum teams to deliver solutions that meet both business and DoD-specific requirements. Facilitate and present system demonstrations, blueprinting sessions, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to stakeholders. Conduct design assurance and quality reviews before deployment to ensure solution integrity. Analyze current-state business processes and architect future-state solutions in line with enterprise standards. Work with technical teams on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows), integrations, and data needs. Mentor and guide stakeholders on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices in business process design. Serve as a senior subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EBS and Department of Defense (DoD) operational workflows. Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements (Public Trust or NACI). Participate in large-scale ERP transformation projects, leveraging over 10 years of Oracle EBS experience.

Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with ERP systems and DoD-specific requirements.
  • Public Trust or NACI clearance required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and DoD-specific requirements.
