Oracle EBS- Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related business applications with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash operations.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.
• Analyze and improve billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and accounting processes.
• Configure, support, and optimize workflows related to product, service, subscription, and recurring revenue models.
• Manage and support integrations between Oracle platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of industry best practices.
• Leverage emerging Oracle technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS in a business systems, functional analyst, or applications role.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, revenue management, collections, and financial processes.
• Experience supporting complex revenue models, including products, services, subscriptions, or recurring revenue streams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
