Oracle EBS Functional Lead (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS Finance functional support and enhancement activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Cook up coordination with offshore and onsite teams for issue resolution.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Create Functional Design Documents (FDD), MD070s, BR100s, test scripts, SOPs, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows.
• Interact directly with business users, finance teams, and client leadership.
