Oracle Database Administrator

Job Duties

• Install and maintain database products, including patch application and upgrade of Oracle and DB2.
• Perform Database Backup and Recovery using RMAN.
• Setup and Configure Oracle Golden Gate Replication;
• Provide support in database design and application development;
• Administer and monitor database security;
• Implementing batch schedules with the appropriate D82 utilities;
• Perform structural changes to DB/2 databases as needed;
• Provide assistance for interfaces which access DB2;
• Resolving data consistency and indexing issues.
