A dynamic technology services firm operating in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, we deliver end-to-end cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients across India and globally. Our team partners with Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations to implement Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX modules—combining technical precision with agile project execution. As a Remote Oracle Cloud Project Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of client-facing cloud deployments, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional Oracle Cloud implementation teams across technical, functional, and client stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, resource allocation, and risk registers using Oracle Project Management or similar tools.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and governance meetings—preparing agendas, action items, and status dashboards.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs including budget adherence, timeline drift, and issue resolution velocity.
• Manage document control, change requests, and client communication loops to ensure alignment and audit readiness.
• Support project managers with RACI mapping, backlog grooming, and dependency tracking across Oracle modules (ERP, HCM, SCM).
