Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Techno Functional Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with a strong technical foundation to drive payroll implementations and support business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll module implementations (minimum 3 full projects).
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot payroll processes, including mid-year balance migrations and payroll conversions.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, costing rules, and US taxation logic, including year-end issue resolution.
• Build and manage HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts, and OTBI reports for payroll data.
• Resolve ADP reporting and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and adapt to organizational process changes.
• Create and execute end-to-end test cases for the Payroll module.
• Provide cross-module support for Core HR, Benefits, and Absences as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, data model, and Multi-Org concepts.
• Proven ability to drive projects independently.
• Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customizations, Interfaces, and Extensions.
