Job Summary

About the Role

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions on a large federal implementation project.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and perform fit-gap analysis to ensure solution alignment.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, security, development) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules and support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Manage release planning, deployment validation, and ongoing production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Compensation.
  • Lead functional workshops, design reviews, and client meetings for solution alignment.
  • Provide project status updates and coordinate with project management.
  • Support project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex compensation implementations in a federal environment.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with functional design, configuration, and testing of HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS or similar systems.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation certification preferred.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
