Job Summary
About the Role
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions on a large federal implementation project.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and perform fit-gap analysis to ensure solution alignment.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, security, development) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules and support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Manage release planning, deployment validation, and ongoing production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle Compensation.
- Lead functional workshops, design reviews, and client meetings for solution alignment.
- Provide project status updates and coordinate with project management.
- Support project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex compensation implementations in a federal environment.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with functional design, configuration, and testing of HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS or similar systems.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
