Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight for estimates using standards tools, portfolio Work Breakdown Structures, statements of work, and industry-standard estimating techniques.
  • Support client engagements with in-depth portfolio knowledge and implementation experience, ensuring solutions align with profitable portfolio offerings.
  • Act as a technical interface to clients, developing business opportunities and ensuring positive financial outcomes for engagements.
  • Build quality solutions that meet requirements, advising clients on IBM offerings, strategy, designs, implementation approaches, and tradeoffs.
  • Identify opportunities for new or follow-on business and assist in creating change orders.
  • Provide input to project plans and work breakdown structures.
  • Develop and refine solution design models using standard industry modeling languages and the IBM toolset.
  • Work with client technical staff during requirements definition and implementation to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and report on implementation status, risks, estimates, or schedule changes.
  • Perform solution proposal assistance, solution design, solution review, risk analysis, and client presentations.
  • Manage a team of people, including their training, development, performance, and career path.
  • Facilitate open and effective communication between employees and multiple levels of practice and sales management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle HCM across multiple clients and solution offerings.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas development, HDL Conversions, Transformation formulas, and HSDL Loads.
  • HCM Cloud experience in building Payroll, Benefits, Absences, and OTL FIBM formulas.
  • Ability to competently explain and demonstrate Oracle templates with clients.
  • Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Custom payroll flows.
  • Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules using both FSM and BPM.
  • Exposure to creating Custom roles and auto-provisioning rules.
  • Knowledge of building Application extensions using VBCS.
  • Familiarity with SSO Configurations using various IDP Providers.
  • Able to manage client expectations, relationships, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position that can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
