Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance
• Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer Water Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B
• Experience with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS etc.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B Product Architecture, Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
• Experience in CC&B Application Development Frameworks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Batch Programming, Algorithm, UI Maps, BO/MO, Change Handlers, Service Scripts, Business Scripts, BPA Script, Application Service, User Exits (Java/HTML/JSP/XML) and web services development

Pay

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in Newport, NJ will be min $134406 to max $174728
