Oracle Alliance Driver, Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
• Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for collaboration
• Leading the development of multi-competency programs to address critical business issues for clients
• Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and engage clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with industry needs and enhance market penetration
• Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures that promote innovation
• Balancing long-term and short-term strategic planning to achieve organizational targets
• Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
• Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780.
• For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500.
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
