About the role

The Oracle AR, Cash Management, and General Ledger Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of these modules. This is a hands-on role where the candidate will lead design workshops, manage functional configuration, and oversee testing and deployment. The role ensures implementations are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to business requirements by collaborating with client stakeholders, coordinating with offshore counterparts, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements across financial systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Oracle Financials functional experience with a focus on AR, Cash Management, and General Ledger
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including configuration, testing (CRP, SIT, UAT), and go-live support
  • Strong expertise in designing and optimizing finance processes such as Order-to-Cash, Cash Reconciliation, and Record-to-Report
  • Proven ability to manage full lifecycle implementations and upgrades in Oracle Financials Cloud
  • Experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Strong communication skills for leading client workshops and documenting requirements
  • Project management experience with the ability to deliver on time and within scope
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • US Citizen (required)

  • Full-time role with 100% travel to client sites across North America (candidate may live anywhere in the United States)
