Orable EBS Developer

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer for a contract opportunity in Kansas City, MO. This role provides technical leadership for enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support initiatives within Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

About the role

The Senior ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions. This role collaborates closely with business analysts, functional teams, DBAs, integration teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable ERP solutions. Key focus areas include modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies, automation, integration frameworks, and enterprise application transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle EBS solutions, including enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support.
• Perform solution design, code development, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and deployment coordination.
• Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects.
• Partner with designers, analysts, and other developers to create new programs and applications.
• Lead significant components or entire projects, making critical technical recommendations.
• Drive planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects.
• Ensure end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of sophisticated, scalable software products.
• Write efficient, well-documented code and create custom software solutions to optimize operations.
• Perform software updates, testing, and enhancements to ensure long-term health and functionality of the codebase.
• Champion code standards and best practices.
• Research emerging software development tools and techniques to enhance functionality and improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 years of related professional experience, OR Associate Degree and 10 years of related professional experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of related professional experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations.
• Proven experience with ERP customization and support.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain applicable certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion or hybrid ERP environments.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience leading ERP upgrades or large implementations.
• Oracle certifications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Pay

$65 - $75 per hour.

Schedule
