OR/PACU Supervisor

About the role
We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU Supervisor to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in Menlo Park, California, with occasional needs in San Ramon, California. This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize staff skills and abilities
- Set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals
- Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations
- Assist with the training and orientation of staff
- Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
- Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations
- Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitor workloads
- Handle patient issues and complaints
Requirements
- OR/PACU Experience
- Valid RN License or willingness to obtain upon hire
- BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management
- Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities; 3-5 years preferred
- Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment

Pay
$160,000 to $170,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
