About the role
An Operating Room LPN supports and provides safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential medical health problems under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Communicating patient data for planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Using critical thinking skills and evidence-based practice
- Supporting Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
- Actively participating in performance improvement activities
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa
Minimum requirement of 24 hours per month.
