OR-Hillsboro Relationship Manager Trainee - Farm and Ranch Clients

About the role

We are seeking a motivated individual to train as a Financial Advisor serving an existing book of business made up primarily of farmers, ranchers, and agricultural families throughout the Pacific Northwest. No existing book of business is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with established clients to review financial goals and retirement planning needs
• Learn a proven advisory process through hands-on training and mentorship
• Conduct appointments with individuals, families, farmers, and ranchers
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
• Develop expertise in retirement, wealth accumulation, income planning, and asset protection strategies
