OR - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication use. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and documents personalized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers, including cultural and spiritual factors.
• Contributes to a safe environment, working in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and caution.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license required; Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree needed; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years experience preferred for advanced education.
• Preferred skills include ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and demonstrate clinical competence.
