About the role

Serrins Valley Vision Optometry in Fresno, California, is seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist who is passionate about long-term growth and committed to the continued success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize modern diagnostic tools, including Revolution EHR, Optos, NCT, New OCT, and Fields Equipment to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages, diagnose and manage ocular diseases and disorders, prescribe corrective lenses, and provide vision therapy when needed.
  • Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care while collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active California optometry license (or eligibility to obtain)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

32 to 39 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time) and available hours Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break and select Saturdays. Patient load and scheduling will be discussed during the interview as part of income negotiations.
