Baird Optical Co Inc is seeking an Optometrist to join its growing practice in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. About the Practice

Established 10 years ago, Baird Optical Co Inc has built strong relationships with patients, staff, and the local community. The practice offers primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, emergency eye care, and more. It is supported by two fully equipped exam lanes, pre-testing equipment, visual field testing, Optos Monaco photography with OCT, Zeiss optical lenses, and a large optical. With a foundation of quality care and a clear path for continued growth, this role is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care for a diverse patient base, typically seeing about 15 patients per day
• Perform routine and medical eye exams
• Support the optical team
• Collaborate with staff to create a seamless patient experience

Requirements

• Licensed Optometrist in Pennsylvania
• Motivated, patient-focused with strong communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to providing high-quality care
• Punctual and dependable
• Comfortable working with patients of varying ages and visual needs
• Interest in helping the practice grow through services such as dry eye care, pediatrics, or other specialty areas (welcomed but not required)

Schedule

Available on a part- or full-time basis, 20 to 40 hours per week.
