Optometrist

Pacific Eye Group is a family-owned optometry practice established in 2019 in Portland, Oregon. We are expanding with an additional location in Eugene. As a doctor-owned, patient-centric group, we provide convenient, caring, and personalized eye care to our patients inside Visionworks. As an employee, you can focus on practicing without the hassle of running the business—we handle insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, with no on-call or after-hours work.

About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic optometrist to join our growing practice. You'll use your skills to provide high-quality vision care to our patients. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering quality patient care and eager to learn and develop their clinical skillset.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Maintain patient records using Crystal PM EMR

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid state license to practice optometry
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills

Pay

$110,000 - $150,000 (negotiable)
