What You’ll Do
- Capturing imaging and diagnostic testing
- Acquiring vision acuity
- Documenting medical history and concerns
- Training first time contact lens wearers on proper use and care
- Maintaining contact lens trial inventory
- Fulfilling patient contact lens orders
- Providing support to providers and other departments on an as needed basis
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and connect with patients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities—you’ll be multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a passion for self-improvement and a desire to learn new skills
- Detail-focused and capable of documenting patient exams and procedures with accuracy
- Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules as needed and a proactive attitude toward team success

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited optometric technician program is preferred but not required. Current state licensure as an Optometric Technician is required.
