About the Role

You’ll join our Washington team providing comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management. This role is designed for optometrists who want complex, intellectually engaging cases and a career that grows alongside a respected surgical practice. You’ll work directly with ophthalmologists in a true team-based model, not just as a referral source, but as an integral part of the surgical care pathway.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
  • Provide pre- and post-operative cataract and glaucoma care
  • Co-manage patients within a true collaborative MD/OD model
  • Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Document efficiently within our EMR
  • Participate in ongoing CE and professional development

Requirements

  • OD degree from an accredited program
  • Washington license (or ability to obtain)
  • Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
  • Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
  • A team-oriented, clinically driven approach to care

Pay

$124,472 - $200,000 with a competitive base salary plus production incentives.
