Seeking an Ophthalmologist to join a high-volume private practice specializing in anterior segment and cataract surgery. Subspecialty training in cornea is preferred, but not required; surgeons with other subspecialties are also encouraged to apply. The practice is well-established, located in a close-knit city, with a focus on growth and succession planning. Expected to perform over 500 cataracts in the first year, with potential for more as the practice expands. Senior partners offer mentorship in premium IOL care, laser-assisted cataract surgery, MIGS, and laser refractive procedures. The team includes 3 ophthalmologists, an OD network with 8 ODs across satellite locations, and subspecialists in retina, oculoplastics, and pediatrics. The main facility features a 32,000 sq ft space with an AAAHC-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center. Minimal call responsibilities are shared with ODs.
