Responsibilities

• Assist end users in selecting eyewear frames, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and functionality based on individual visual needs and job-specific requirements.
• Educate customers on lens technology, including coatings, materials, and tint options, aligned with prescriptions and workplace demands.
• Maintain, organize, and manage onsite frame inventory at the customer’s location.
• Process and submit eyewear orders to third-party optical lab partners for fulfillment.
• Notify clients when completed eyewear is ready for pickup at the onsite facility.
• Perform final fittings, ensuring proper alignment, comfort, and necessary adjustments for optimal wear.
• Provide education on eyewear care, maintenance, and proper handling to promote long-term durability and customer satisfaction.
