As a Retail Associate
- Guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs
- Accurately measure and record prescription information for lab technicians
- Oversight of the production process
- Provide personalized care when dispensing glasses to patients
As an Optical Lab Technician
- Responsible for cutting, edging, and creating prescription lenses
- Ensure customers receive their new glasses in a timely manner
- Contribute to high standards of quality and service through technical skills and attention to detail
