OPSEC Coordinator, Senior

Responsibilities
- Serve as an IO Planner with a focus on OPSEC at a Combatant Command, supporting the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive OPSEC programs to protect critical information and mitigate risks.
- Cook up and deliver OPSEC training programs.
- Operate in a multinational environment and work in a strategic-level staff.
- Understand OPSEC principles, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability analysis during mission planning and execution.
- Develop and deliver high-quality OPSEC plans, risk assessments, staff estimates, and operational analysis reports.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform client leadership and ensure compliance with DoD OPSEC policies and directives.
- Mentor and supervise team members, as needed, while working independently with minimal direction.
Requirements
- Experience developing and delivering OPSEC training programs.
- Experience operating in a multinational environment and working in a strategic-level staff.
- Knowledge of OPSEC principles, risk assessment methodologies, and vulnerability analysis.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience in a joint environment, or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a joint environment.
Skills
- Strong background in OPSEC principles and practices.
- Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).

Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
