Ops Manager

The Opportunity

To take Reframe to the next level, we're looking for a full-time Project Manager who can help us rapidly build out new products & features across different ecosystems and help us scale existing ones. You will be working directly with the founders & the engineering team to build out an ambitious eco-system to provide personalized, engaging, and habit altering experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Project administration by working with Product Lead to manage the product; reading and understanding project protocol documents; editing project specs; participating in project meetings, conference calls, and training calls.
• Maintain, review and communicate project progress (Content and Product) to team members.
• Perform quality control for the projects.
• Conduct in app testing, bug logs and documentation.
• Note taking for the product and brainstorming meetings.

About You

• Have at least 3 years of experience.
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision.
• Able to work with tight deadlines.
• Result-oriented and resilient.
• Able to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact.
