Responsibilities

• Identify, surface, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.
• Perform front-end opportunity screening and context framing.
• Introduce opportunities to aligned capital allocators and sponsors.
• Earn transaction-based compensation on opportunities that close.
• Build a verified sourcing and deal attribution record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong pattern recognition and early visibility into transactions.
• Domain familiarity and signal quality for approved opportunity types.
• No cold outreach or blind pitching; all introductions are made through curated, platform-driven channels.

Qualifications

• Operators with early visibility into transactions or capital needs.
• Intermediaries, brokers, and advisors with proprietary sourcing angles.
• Consultants, founders, or executives close to deal origination.
• Networked professionals who consistently hear about opportunities before formal processes begin.
