Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily representing lenders.
- Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation across all asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, retail, hospitality).
- Experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g., buying and selling of loans).
- Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred.
- Admission to the NY and CT bar is preferred.
