We are seeking an attorney to join our national commercial real estate lending practice in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily representing lenders.
• Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation across all asset classes (e.g., office, multi-family, retail, hospitality).
• Experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g., buying and selling of loans).
• Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred.
• Admission to the NY and CT bar is preferred.
