Ophthalmology Photography Technician- Research

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures and coordinate the execution of clinical trials in accordance with research protocols.
• Recruit and screen subjects to participate in trials.
• Cook up patient visits and perform procedures related to research.
• Collect accurate data obtained from research visits.
• Maintain relationships with site staff, study subjects, and sponsor delegates.
• Monitor research participants to ensure adherence to study protocol.
• Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines including regulatory and ethical standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinical Research Coordinator.

Requirements

• Experienced 2-3 years in clinical research.
• 2+ years in healthcare, preferably ophthalmology, but not necessarily in clinical research.
• An analytical mindset.
• An attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• A understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• A proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
