About the role
The Pediatric Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgeon will provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients with complex ophthalmic conditions, including congenital anomalies, trauma, tumors, and other orbital disorders.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures for pediatric ophthalmic conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Conduct research related to pediatric ophthalmic surgery
- Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Experience in pediatric ophthalmic surgery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials
- Passing scores on USMLE/COMLEX
- Successful completion of residency program in Ophthalmology
