Ophthalmologist-Oculoplastics Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking a Fellowship-trained Oculoplastics surgeon for our rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty practice. Our offices are well-equipped with full staff and EHR, and we have access to corporate support services to reduce administrative burden on physicians and improve clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage an already established significant surgical volume under the guidance of the current medical staff.
• Collaborate with the existing team to provide compassionate and excellent care using the latest advancements in healthcare.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and educational opportunities to stay updated with the latest in oculoplastic surgery.
• Contribute to the culture of respect, compassion, and excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• Board certification or board eligibility in ophthalmology.
• Experience in oculoplastic surgery.
• Willingness to work with the current medical staff to manage surgical volume.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ophthalmology residency program.
• Fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong surgical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
