About the role

Join SightMD, a physician-led ophthalmology practice dedicated to exceptional patient care, mentorship, and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to join an established practice in Reading, Pottsville, Shamokin, and Lewisburg, PA, following the retirement of a long-standing physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive retinal care to patients in a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Enjoy clinical independence while benefiting from full technician and scribe support.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Experience in retinal surgery preferred, but recent residency or fellowship graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$300,000 - $450,000 base compensation with performance bonuses.
