Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and supervise Rotational Training Unit (RTU) personnel and newly assigned personnel in the use and execution of a WARSIM Battle Space Workstation (BSWS) and/or follow-on fielded constructive simulations.
- Maintain familiarity with Army C2/Mission Command systems and focus on continuous learning of emerging C2 systems and technology as required.
- Work closely with Scenario Integrators and Database personnel to facilitate training scenarios and system files used in support of Unit Training Events.
- Coordinate and collaborate with JRTC Observer Controller Trainers (OCTs) in the execution of Unit Training Events.
- Assist the Opposing Forces Team in the development of OPFOR operational plans using current and emerging doctrine and tactics.
- Supervise up to 4 additional OPFOR team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
