About the role
Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and testing new food products that meet our sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product development
- Create and refine product concepts that align with our sustainability standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and quality assurance
- Develop prototypes and conduct pilot tests to assess product viability
- Document and present findings to stakeholders for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food product development or related field
- Strong understanding of sustainable practices and their impact on food production
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in culinary arts and food science principles
- Experience with product development software and tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
