About the role

Join our dynamic team as a key member in our innovative product development department. You will be responsible for ideating, designing, and bringing new food products to market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs
• Create and develop new food products from concept to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage product development projects from inception to market launch

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food product development or related field
• Strong understanding of food science principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices
• Experience with product development software and tools
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
