About the role

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Create and refine product concepts based on market research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing
• Develop detailed product specifications and technical drawings
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or related field
• Strong understanding of product development processes and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of product development methodologies and standards
