Job Responsibilities

Education

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment for 6-12 months is preferred.

Additional Skills or Abilities

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Safe work practices.
• Areas of training required: New Hire Orientation, OSHA Required Training, Product and Process Overview, Understanding the Charter, Lean Manufacturing Overview, 5S & Visual Management, Business Management System, MEVS Label Standards, Tip Change Procedure, Robot Fundamentals, and Basic Workstation Panel views.
• Scanner training.

Team Member’s Job Progress Monitoring

• Monitored for competency by: Performance Assessment conducted by Supervisor and/or Department Manager.
