Responsibilities
- Understand P&IDs and process flow
- Work on a computer
- Operate a forklift
- Do repetitive manual lifts
- Support work groups with walk downs of equipment
- Issue Safe Work Permits
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow safety procedures and protocols
- Understand and follow batch recipes and SOPs
- Perform preliminary troubleshooting on equipment and process malfunctions
- Make first attempt repairs and escalate as needed
- Be approachable and support other team members and leadership
- Record pertinent information and deliver handovers
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of chemical manufacturing experience or 5 years of manufacturing experience
