Operator- Process Plant

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all duties with a focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and best operating practices.
• Operate and maintain process equipment and systems according to standard procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Troubleshoot operational problems, complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance duties.
• Monitor and record operational data, including production rates and inventory levels.
• Conduct visual inspections and perform necessary maintenance on equipment.
• Demonstrate competency in operating fixed and mobile equipment.
• Continuously seek to improve work environment and processes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
• Prior experience in industrial operations or water treatment beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a surface mine plant setting with exposure to various environmental conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug testing.
