Operator Pouring

As an hourly Pouring Operator, the successful candidate will be expected to communicate daily with multiple levels of Company personnel and most importantly with the Managers, Supervisors, and employees in the manufacturing plant. Operator A - Pouring works in a normal manufacturing environment with exposure to temperature changes. Additional Responsibilities Of The Pouring Operator Position Will Include Set up paper and plastics for each day's production. Monitor paper and plastic during production. Maintain a neat, orderly and safe working environment. Assists operators in setting up and shutting down each pour and during trough changes. Skills/ Requirements Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. ```{=html} ``` Ability to read and interpret a tape measure. Must be hoist and forklift certified. 3-6 months of manufacturing experience. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and call-in with little notice. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
