About the role
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of the company’s infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve complex issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of common IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Cisco, and VMware.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in networking and server administration.
