OPERATOR III (LEAD OPERATOR)

What You’ll Do

• Lead setup, operation, and optimization of converting and finishing equipment
• Maintain quality standards and consistent product output
• Oversee inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, and cutters
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and work to minimize downtime
• Train and guide crew members throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate documentation and job records
• Support safety, organization, and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain smooth shift-to-shift communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience operating industrial or converting equipment
• Leadership or team-lead experience in a production environment
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performance
• Understanding of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or GED
