Operator II (Stand Up Lift Driver)

About the role

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking an Operator (Stand Up Forklift) in its Wellford, SC location to support a large-scale distribution facility. Responsibilities

• Operate lift equipment following Distribution Center Safety Guidelines
• Follow all Inbound SOPs to ensure process adherence and Inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Comply with all company policies
• Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish required tasks
• Use of simple math skills
• Work from lists, orders, or instructions
• Use a weight scale
• Must operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as deemed necessary for the safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility
• Must possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management
• Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed
• Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products, delivered on time at a cost that represents value
• Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions

Requirements

All Operators must meet the minimum requirements for the Operator position and will be required to perform all duties as required. Department assignments are subsets of the Operator position and do not supersede the Operator requirements. All employees are required to work within all facets of the Operator Position and will not be limited by a specific department assignment.

Qualifications

• Internal Qualifications: No final warnings
• Less than 6 attendance points
• Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months
• Must be in current role for 6+ months
• Must meet all job description requirements
