About the role
This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
Responsibilities
- Verify and prepare packaging materials and equipment
- Set up and change over packaging machines
- Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Adhere to cGMPs, safety protocols, and SOPs
- Actively participate in training and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain good housekeeping and accurate documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
