What will you be doing?
- Setting up and operating CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components
- Running simple machines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Using precision measuring and inspection equipment to ensure product specifications are met
- Identifying and changing tooling as required to maintain efficient operations
- Completing production and quality documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
- Working as part of a team to support continuous improvement, safety and cleanliness standards
What will you need to be successful?
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 6 months of experience operating machining equipment producing simple to moderate complexity components
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand blueprints
- Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
