Operator - Clinical Trial Distribution Warehouse Operation

Key Responsibilities
- Unload, put-a-way, pick, pack and ship CTFG’s.
- This includes interaction with warehouse management system via a hand held RF device.
- Pack orders following strict validated packing requirements.
- Comply with FDA, GMP, GDP, DOT, IATA, TSA, C-TPAT and OSHA requirements.
- Avoidance of training plan is current and complete.
- Understand and accurately follow corporate and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local and federal laws and regulations, Lilly Ethics & Compliance requirements, and operational qualifications related to operator role.
- Actively adhere to and engage in safety programs and policies within the area of responsibility.
- Constantly look for areas of improvement in safety, compliance, data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support strategic portfolio needs and projects as assigned.
Other Responsibilities
- May Include Ordering of warehouse consumables.
- Special Projects.
- Labeling of product.
- Cycle Counting.
- Destruction processes.
- Communication with freight forwarder personnel.
Basic Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing and distribution.
Additional Requirements
- Completion of Post Offer Exam or Completion of Work Simulation if applicable.
- Completion of Warehouse Management Systems experience.
Experience Requirements
- Warehouse experience including previous experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Willingness to be flexible and willing to be cross-trained to perform multiple assignments.
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment (5c).
- Willingness to work overtime with minimal notice.
- Demonstrated good work attendance history.
- Demonstrated high productivity rate in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizing/multi-tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills.
