WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

Pick Products for Shipping

• Accurately pick and track components for processing orders in Manufacturing
• Ensure all materials are delivered to production lines in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and production delays
• Prepare orders for shipments, labeling, palletizing, and stretch wrapping pallets

Move Materials

• Move materials to and from different areas of the production floor, warehouse, and storage locations as needed

Inventory Management

• Ensure materials are received accurately and verified against purchase orders or delivery notes
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
• Sort, label, and store products in designated locations within the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment (including Fork Lifts) safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve products
• Conduct warehouse maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, and repairing equipment as needed

Training and Support

• Train other team members as assigned
• Support quality initiatives and procedures as defined by customers and suppliers
• Participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer complaint resolution efforts

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Physical Requirements

• Physical strength and endurance required
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
• Standing for a long period of time
• Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and working in a fast-paced production setting
