Job Summary
Job Type: Per Diem
Shift: Rotating
Supports the hospital by operating the switchboard, answering, screening, and transferring incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed.
Responsibilities
- Answers calls in an efficient manner, using digital pages as needed.
- Accesses patient information and follows scripting for all interactions.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (required).
- At least 6 months experience as an operator or in customer service (required).
