Responsibilities/Duties
- To work on instructions from the Production Manager and team leader
- To support and implement other decisions and practices agreed at the Day team meetings
- To instruct new operators on the daily work
- To be responsible for implementing actions to prevent reoccurrence deviation, damages and customer complaints
- To operate all equipment associated with processing as required
- To report any damage to equipment or the fabric of the building, however caused
- To report any damage to customers' product, however caused
- To report any deviation from procedures
- To report any equipment malfunction or any potential hazardous situation
- To operate all process control and product transfer systems
- To carry out movement of customers' product using a fork lift truck and pallet striper
- To carry out weekly cleaning requirements and to keep all warehouse and processing areas free of rubbish/obstructions
- To ensure battery levels are maintained correctly in the forklift
- To undergo training as and when required
Authority
- Reports to the Team Leader
Requirements
- Relevant experience from a production environment
- Basic English/computer skills
- Junior high school education or above
Skills
- To conduct oneself in a professional manner and effectively act as the company’s representative at all times
- To work according to schedules, can do night shift
- To be flexible, efficient, and accurate
