Brief Description Mission Our mission is to show and share the love of Jesus by promoting wellness and providing quality, affordable healthcare for Lawndale and the neighboring communities. Position Summary The care team Operator/Scheduler, responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments, is the first member of the care team to interact with patients. Dispatchers function as switchboard operators in directing calls to the appropriate department or care team operator.
